Interior Drainage
Interior drain systems are a basement waterproofing solution designed to prevent water intrusions from damaging your home. We install a water collection system that captures the water seeping into your basement through the walls and/or floor. Then the capturing system then channels it into your sump pump which pushes it out and away from your home.
Your basement may need interior draining for a variety of reason. Some common basement issues are:
– Mold
– Flooding
– Faulty Plumbing
– Faulty Sump Pump
When water has intruded your home sometimes the best option is an interior
waterproofing system. Our system is proven and will take care of any wall leakage.
These systems are
sealed and reduce the risk of Radon cancer causing gas
under some homes from leaking into your basement.
Exterior Drainage
Exterior drainage systems are buried underground and are typically made of PVC piping. Once the water is collected via your interior drainage system or gutters, it is then carried away from the property through the buried PVC to help prevent water damage or flooding.
In the right circumstances
outside water drainage or sealant is the better option to stop water intrusion.
From drainage lines, downspouts, wall sealant, window wells, block windows, egress windows and French drains we can take care of your water issues. Lets stop the water before it enters your home and keep your home safe for you and your family.
What is Radon?
Radon is a cancer-causing, radioactive gas. It comes from the natural (radioactive) breakdown of uranium and radium in soil, rock, and water and is released into the air we breathe. Radon is found all over the United States—in buildings, homes, offices, and schools—and can reach drastically high levels, causing a major health concern. It is estimated to cause 21,000 lung cancer deaths in this country annually, according to the EPA.
